Our runners start the day in a special edition white t-shirt (and big smiles). They get covered from head to toe in a rainbow of colours around the course. There are no age limits, you can choose to run, walk, skip or dance your way around the course.

The base of our specialist coloured powders consists of corn starch. It is not toxic to humans, animals or the environment, and is biodegradable and washes off easily with water.
